Please note the following change:
A. Pre-Bid Conference is changed from Non-Mandatory to Mandatory. This requirement shall apply only to General Contractor Bidders.
B. Verification of attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is required. An attendance sign-in sheet will be available for signature at the Pre-bid Meeting. In order to submit a bid, General Contractor Bidders are required attend the meeting and sign the attendance sheet
C. Date, Time and Location of Pre-Bid Meeting remains unchanged.
Sealed bids for construction of Athletic Facilities at Hendersonville High School located in Sumner
County, TN will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time, on June 18, 2024 at the Larry Riggsbee Support
Services Facility, 1500 Airport Road, Gallatin, TN 37066, at which time and place they will be publicly
opened and read aloud.

Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required.
All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as
